Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before purchasing, installing, or using the RotoMail WordPress plugin (“the Software”, “the Plugin”) operated by Rotomail
By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Software.
1. Licensing
RotoMail is a WordPress plugin and is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later.
You are free to modify and distribute the code under the terms of the GPL.
However, ownership of the “RotoMail” brand, trademark, and original non-GPL assets (such as images, branding, and specific proprietary services) remains with us.
2. Usage & Anti-Spam Policy
RotoMail is an SMTP management tool designed to improve email deliverability for legitimate business communications (newsletters, transactional emails, notifications).
We strictly prohibit the use of RotoMail for sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
By using this Software, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for the content of your emails and the list of recipients.
We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of the Software, including but not limited to:
Domain blacklisting.
IP address banning.
Termination of your hosting or SMTP accounts (Gmail, Outlook, Amazon SES, etc.).
Legal action taken against you for violating anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
The “Rotation” feature is a tool for load balancing, not for evading law enforcement or spam filters with malicious intent.
3. Support Policy
Support is available for 6 months from date of purchase.
We provide support for the Software to verified customers via e.g., Email or Ticket System
Support Includes: Fixing bugs, fatal errors, and installation issues directly related to our codebase.
Support DOES NOT Include:
Configuring your third-party SMTP accounts (e.g., helping you generate Gmail App Passwords).
Debugging server-side issues (firewalls, cron jobs, PHP versions).
Compatibility issues with 3rd-party plugins not explicitly supported.
Customization services.
4. Refund Policy
Since RotoMail is a digital, non-tangible irrevocable good, we generally do not offer refunds once the product is downloaded. In some cases limited Refund available.
Exceptions:
We will happily offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
The plugin completely fails to function on your website AND
You have worked with our support team to resolve the issue, and we were unable to fix it.
Refunds are not granted for:
“Change of mind.”
Inability to configure third-party SMTP services (e.g., Google blocking your account).
Missing features that were never advertised.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rotomail, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Software.
The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
6. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We may also release updates to the Software to fix bugs or add features. While we aim to maintain backward compatibility, we cannot guarantee the Software will work indefinitely with future versions of WordPress or third-party SMTP providers (e.g., if Gmail changes their API policies).
